Kathryn represents developers and owners in all facets of complex commercial real estate transactions with a particular focus in the areas of the areas of affordable housing, community development and tax credits.

Kathryn was born in Rock Hill, South Carolina and attended College of Charleston and then Charleston School of Law in South Carolina. In between undergraduate and law school, she found her passion for law working as a paralegal. When she’s not in the office Kathryn enjoys attending fitness classes, spending time with family and friends, and relaxing with her dog.
