Paige’s practice focuses on business and real estate matters, including the representation of entrepreneurs and developers in a wide range of corporate and real estate transactions.  Paige has combined her expertise in tax driven structurings to assist her clients in the financing of complex commercial real estate transactions, structured to qualify for low income housing, historic and/or new markets tax credits.  With over ten years of experience in corporate and partnership transactions ranging from mergers and acquisitions to venture capital and public offerings, Paige continues to assist clients in the formation and financing of new business ventures.  Prior to joining The Brockmann Law Firm, P.C., Paige was a Partner in the Corporate and Tax Departments of McDermott, Will & Emery and an Associate in the Corporate Department of Goodwin, Procter, both in Boston, Massachusetts.  While at Goodwin, Procter, she also developed an expertise in limited liability companies, having published several articles and taught continuing legal education seminars on the subject.
